About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Water Quality Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our customers when it comes to pool and spa water care. You'll test water samples, recommend and sell the right chemicals, check inventory for chemicals and materials, send invoices to clients, and help keep our store running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test pool and spa water samples and provide accurate chemical treatment recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate chemicals, equipment, and supplies for their needs.
- Process sales transactions and provide customer service on the retail floor.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of chemicals and store materials; restock as needed.
- Send invoices and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
- Keep the showroom and store clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Stay current on product knowledge and water treatment best practices.
